What You'll Do

• Transform Skin: Deliver professional chemical peels, hydradermabrasion, ultrasound treatments, and body contouring treatments while creating a welcoming and results-driven first experience.
• Support Consultations: Work closely with Skin Health Consultants to reinforce treatment recommendations, answer client questions during service, and help guide first-time visitors toward the best treatment plan for their goals.
• Educate During Treatment: Build rapport with clients by explaining our services, technology, and skincare philosophy while helping them understand how ongoing treatments and professional home care enhance their results.
• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidently discuss treatment plans, memberships, packages, and retail products during service to support the team in converting first-time visitors into long-term clients.
• Lead by Example: Maintain meticulous client documentation and support the management team in upholding our gold-standard brand protocols.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate closely with Skin Health Consultants and leadership to deliver an exceptional first-time visitor experience.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule (36-40 hours per week) within our hours of operation (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Sunday).
