Job Brief Interventional Pain Management Physician The pain management physician must be comfortable performing most bread-and-butter fluoroscopy guided procedures in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as, being well versed in epidural steroid injections, facet joint interventions including RFA, spinal cord stimulation trials, discography, and sympathetic nerve blocks. They should also be comfortable with the evaluation and clinical management of patients with chronic pain.
